Greetings Everyone,

As the director of Global Village Academy I welcome you. My job is to secure you a job and with more than eight years of educating experience under my belt I know exactly what it takes to ensure that happens. During my tenure as a trainer I prepared over 1000 applicants for agent positions in the call center industry and yet I was never truly satisfied. Simply put, people were not given the respect and integrity they deserve. This is why I created a school with a team of professionals that truly care about people. We believe it is time that people are given the right tools, know-how, and continual growing support to ensure satisfaction and growth is fully achieved in this hard-hitting fast paced industry.

We do this by providing a no frills assessment process, realistic intensive training, an online support group that cares, and solid job placement guidance. Just pay us a visit. I will be more than happy to introduce you to a unique team of professionals that are committed to changing the industry.

Kind Regards
Shannon Borntrager
