Grand Slam

We’ll put you through three hours of brain rattling panel preparation to ensure your success. Professional advice and tips, fastball and curveball questions intertwined with peer and video critiquing are just a few of the pedagogical tools we use to turn you into a power hitter.

Boot Camp


While others introduce you to talking the talk, we get you to walk the talk.

This one week intensive comprises mentally exhausting drills and exercises to fully prepare you to face the toughest call center sergeants. We have interviewed thousands of wannabe call center cowboys and thoroughly understand the essential ingredients and right mix required to give you the stamina to survive the toughest interviews. You will be put on parade through video screen critiques and full simulation interviews. We will drill you with lingo lessons and polish your pronunciation so you will walk taller. Wannabe cowboys should reconsider before applying.
